I want to tell you how I evolved, how I came to your Mother Earth. I am a demon straight from Hell and my name is Morbose. I pronounce my name Mor'ba sigh. Not so long ago, I made my first visit to your precious earth. I have never left and never will. I came in the form of a demon-the kind that you cannot see, only feel. Demons cannot gain any power by being on their own; they need a host of sorts, a body to overtake. They have to feed on your soul to become more powerful. I want you to know that I was feeding on my father's soul before he even became my father-it truly was unreal, but it was my only chance. You see, being a demon wasn't enough for me. It's unfulfilling, like being inside a black, angry, cold space. I didn't want to be in anyone else's body, either. I wanted a body of my own. I wanted to create myself: a demon in human vampire form. Many times, have you not had a chill go up your spine or felt a cold spot in a room? This normally indicates that a demon is very close. If it wants to stay, then you will have a hard time getting rid of it. Night after night, it will try to force its own evil soul and shadowy form into your body. These kinds of demons are called the Possessors, sent out of Hell to do the Devil's bidding. I was one of these. We are solid, but a human being can only sense us by way of cold spots, bad odors or the feeling that someone is watching them. We can read human minds and know when you are most vulnerable. People are not meant to see or touch a demon that's the way God intended it to be. They can almost and rarely, they will spot a glimpse of one. Most of the time though, they do not. For a demon is usually a silent killer. I want to take you into a world that I have already lived. Vampires are derived from demons, so as I progress from a Possessor demon to a living vampire named Markus Antony Marbello, I will take within me always the demon. Morbose. The Morbid One. Thus, am I known in my world. We are going in and through what is behind me now. The only way to get the truths to you is for me to write this and put it in book form, for you are so blind and have a right to know them.
